January 24, 2007ya the glock is a nice reliable piece .. but its also definately not anywhere near "competition" grade .. youll put the bullets on thepaper .. but it aint gonna go exactly where you aim .. also there very nice for dissasembly .. theres like 2 internal parts that you need to take out to clean .. and it snaps together very easily .. and comes apart easily .. i think its even easier than a beretta ..

and I like to keep it it Glock Tupperware!
January 25, 2007lol with the freshness seal
after checking that glock talk .. i went thru some forums .. and it lead to a "survivor" board .. kinda cool setup about emergency stuff .. and this guy had a glock 19 i believe and he beat the holy snot out of it .. and he shot it with a .22 .. dropped it out of an airplane .. packed it with dirt .. and it still fired .. so that really impressed me .. then he also tested a usp and it would pretty much fire the chambered round, but not chamber the next .. it was really interested reading .. sadly i think i spent 4 hours reading glockt alk and the surivior page ..

February 12, 2007I work at a gun store/range and I can tell you in all honesty and sincerity that you would NEVER find a high-point in my collection...they are a straight blow back gun and weigh a ton....they are cheap and yes you get what you pay for....I have watched several of them break....yes literally break...as to the slide broke....
You want a good reasonably priced gun....try taurus....great warranty as well....
you want a carbine...the best one out there that has been produced recently is the beretta cx4 storm....I have one in 9mm and its a friggin tack driver....
as far as a glock not being accurate....i disagree....i see guys all the time shooting very well with them....but if you are looking for precise....a nice browning hi-power or 1911 is a great choice....
Oh yea...Hi this is my first post
February 12, 2007hey welcome aboard and thanks for info in your post.
My next boom stick is gonna be a winchester 3030
February 13, 2007Kevin, I was lookin' at the dirty terties, but ended up getting a FREE 30-06 like my newer one, but this was a beat up one. It shhots great though. I like the Marlin 30-30, but if you are willing to buy used, the older Winchesters are better guns then the new Winchesters.
I just got my New Glock G35 - .40 cal, and I LOVE IT!!!! This weekend I was shooting golf balls are 25 yards! Consistently! I really love it, and so does my wife.
February 14, 2007All I have to say is my Glock 36 has thousands of rounds through it and still very accurate...
