February 5, 2003Would some Bogger 38x14x15 look goofy on a 15x10 rim? I am not sure if 2 inches sticking out on both sides would look too stupid.

February 5, 2003i think it would look alright, but i dont know about boggers themselves, why not TSL's?
February 5, 2003I think it would look allright but be better on a 12" rim..
February 5, 2003dont go w/too wide of a wheel, easier to loose a bead
February 5, 200310's will do but 12's would be much better
February 5, 2003Go with the 10's... Lots of people run that width tire and rim combo. Looks fine IMO and you are less likely to blow a bead with the narrower rim.
February 5, 2003I would think that a 10in rim would be fine. The problem i see is that if you think your gonna run some 38s, your gonna need bigger axles... You have the power, but not the strength. 38s would find your weak link pretty dang quick.
February 5, 2003If you air down alot, that is perfect, that way you won't need bead locks.
February 5, 2003go with twelves, but that too will weaken stuff.
February 6, 2003ummm....12's on a 14" tire? nada, thats stupid, disco, and ugly.
eaiser to loose the bead
less rim protection by the tire
increases wheel bearing wear
increases probiblity of tire rubbage
can cause strange tire wear if not on the right rim width (due to reason for no 3)
it's the disco method, gotta have as weide of rim as possible for disco trucks
tire is balooned from the tread all the way to the bead, thats silly lookin.
at 14" wide tire should be on a 10" wide wheel. as most manufacturers will specify.
now your next delima will be finding a 38x14x15 bogger, cause they dont exhist. Btt the other 14" wide boggers are made for 10" wheels.
this is 33x14's on 15x10's
